Mari Järvi, the Restaurant Manager, encourages the restaurant´s waiting team to work effectively and cheerfully. Mari graduated in 1998 as a Master of Hospitality Management. As a superior, she descripes herself demanding but fair. Mari has worked with Pekka before and therefore it was easy for her to accept the challenge to work as a Olo´s Manager.
